Taylor's Kennel Sales Agreement
All sales are final no refunds!!! You can transfer a deposit that you have on a pup one time to another pup from another litter that's it!!! Pups will be dewormed regularly with Nemex & Safe Guard . They will be given their first set of shots at 6weeks. They need to be picked up by 9 weeks old. Taylor's Kennel will charge $25 a week for the extra time that we have to take care of a pup that you could not pick up at 9 weeks unless you made prior arrangements with us to pick the pup up at a later time!!! Pups will come with a shot record, shot schedule to ensure you give all shots on time, ADBA registration papers, Unless buying without them, a puppy pack with a dog food sample. All pups will be healthy when they leave our kennel and current on all shots. It is your responsibility to make sure the puppy stays healthy after it goes home with you. We will replace a pup if it gets sick within 48hrs of leaving our kennel. We will not replace a pup for your carelessness of not making sure it stays healthy after it leaves our kennel. The pup needs to be taken the pup to the vet within 48hrs of you receiving it and get it checked to make sure the pup is healthy, if for some reason the pup is not healthy we will replace the pup with one of the same value, after 48hrs we will not be responsible for any health issues. After the pups leaves our kennel. It is your responsibility to make sure the pup stays healthy, provide a healthy living environment for the pup, and feed the pup daily with a high quality brand of dog food. If we feel that you are mistreating the pup, not caring for it properly, or using the pup for illegal activities we have the right to repossess the pup with NO REFUND!!! In this case the terms of this agreement are not complied with the seller is entitled to $5,000.00 in damages and all legal fees and costs associated with the enforcement of this return. In no case will Taylor's Kennel be liable for any damage or injury caused by this puppy/dog. If for some reason you can’t take care of the pup, you can bring it back to us and we will take care of it until we find it a new home. By doing this you are forfeiting your ownership of the pup back to us with NO REFUND!!!!. Deposits & payments can be sent by Wal-Mart, Post Office Money Orders (money gram) or Cashier's Check from Banks, or Cash when you pick up your pup. First come first serve so if you see a pup you want its good to get your deposit in first because they go fast. Payments for pups must be paid in full before shipment. Pups can be shipped or delivered. Shipping on a plane for pups usually runs $300. Buyer can arrange shipping or contact us and we can arrange shipping for the pup. Shipping cost must be paid in advance if we arrange shipping. An alternate delivery for the summer time when it's too hot or cold for the pups to ride the plane is that the pup can be driven to you by a ground transportation service. Email me with city and state so we can estimate the distance and price of gas and it can usually come out cheaper or the same as the plane ride . We have references if needed so you can buy a pup from us with confidence and to ensure you are buying a pup from a responsible breeder.
